Five Year Personal Growth Plan

As a women pastor, I plan to have a five year plan to better my life as a Christian and impact on the lives of others. The plan will involve vast activities such as reading the bible books, attending Christian classes and retreats, and taking part in community projects. The five year plan centers on enhancing my relationship with God and other believers.

Section 1 Mastering the Calendar

In every year, I plan to make time to study the Bible and other motivational and inspiring books to enhance my hope and faith. Further, in my yearly plan, I intend to join classes that will enable me learn new abilities and information regarding Christianity and faith towards God.[1] My monthly plans involve attending Christian meetings and seminars to strengthen interactions with other believers and discover more regarding God.[2] Regarding my weekly plan, I intend to participate in charity work to give back to the society.[3] My daily plan will incorporate having a quiet time to read the bible and meditate about my affiliation with God.

Section 2: Mastering Biblical Content

The biblical content I intend to read in the next five years include;

  1. The book of Colossians

The book of Colossians is written by Paul. The author teaches about the principles of Christianity.

  1. The book of Corinthians

The book of Corinthians is written by Paul. The Apostle details various ungodly tendencies of the Corinthians. He warns them to denounce sexual wickedness in churches. The scripture will direct my ethics as a Christian.

  1. The book of Esther

The book of Esther is among the books given the title of a woman. According to the book, God is working behind the scenes. The book of Esther reminds Christians to pray and wait for God’s time. Moreover, it reminds Christians that God chooses simple individuals like Esther to carry out His tasks.

  1. The book of Proverbs

The book of Proverbs is authored by Solomon. The author educates important teachings for Christian ladies on becoming honorable women. Proverbs 31 portrays woman of virtue as that who rules her abode with uprightness and restraint. This book is essential in my plan since it presents approaches that women should consider to strengthen their relationship with God for them to be identified as noble women.

  1. The book of Ruth

The scripture is authored by Samuel. The book informs the tale of a youthful lady, who triumphed over an austere attitude and sorrow to uncover fresh happiness, because of her unwavering trust in God’s assurances. The book is one of the two Biblical books with feminine titles.

  1. The Book of Timothy

The scripture about Ruth is documented by Timothy. In 2nd Timothy chapter three verses sixteen the author emphasizes the entire word is motivated by our heavenly father. It is valuable for reprimanding, rectifying, teaching and guidance in uprightness.

  1. The book of Jeremiah

Jeremiah was written by prophet Jeremiah. The book is essential since it will fortify my faith as a Christian (Jeremiah 29:11).

  1. The book of Hebrews

The book Hebrews is documented by Paul. It confirms that God through His son, Jesus, created the planets

  1. The book of Romans

The books content was written by Paul to give details that deliverance is given via the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  1. The book of Nehemiah

The account of Nehemiah was written by Nehemiah to prove God fulfills His words documented by the prophets regarding the return of the Israelites from their imprisonment.
