This is an interesting report, however, looking back a the memo to decision maker, this should have been more specific to a particular problem, (see attached
document for reference) as it is now, it is more of a general report, This assignment does require outside sources. In addition, the discussion about a
particular problem in the workplace or community was missed. This could benefit from a revision, and looking back into the directions for this assignment,
along with some sample papers to help. There is no need to give personal information about a specific work place, you can change names and such, but the
report does need to be more specific to a problem in one’s community or workplace.
