Changes in the electronic health record

Assume that you are an information technology director in a healthcare setting. Your goal is to use what you know to determine what areas you would want to have your team trained on in the next 12 months. Using what you know, and document two changes you see in the clinical setting with respect to the work that health information technology workers are expected to provide. Then, identify changes in the electronic health record requirements your team may need to be aware of – and then finally tie it together with a list of training you would want your team to tackle within 12 months.
