This Crisis Management Plan/Playbook will have a template as I want to examine how you would create a pre-crisis and crisis plan for your organization if you were the top administrator/leader. The assignment is to develop the crisis plan for three different incidents that might impact your institution of higher education. The three incidents to be discussed will be student suicides, protests, and severe weather (hurricane).
Paper Requirements
You are to prepare a scholarly level paper, at least seven “full” pages of content, plus a title page, and a references page. Since this assignment is written from your perspective, it will be written in first person. Do not use “this author” in your literature.
The following information must be addressed in your paper:
1. Introduction of the institution (The University of Central Florida)

3. Describe your management crisis team and who are the actors and responsibilities
4. Describe the three possible crises that could occur on or off your campus
5. Develop a plan for each crisis; detailed action plans
6. Explain the communication strategies
7. How would you acquire help from the media and community
