Suggest at least three ways you could increase your cultural intelligence in the future.
Explain how and why cultural intelligence might influence leader effectiveness in a setting that is highly diverse. Be specific and use examples to illustrate your assertions.
Finally, knowing what you do about your own cultural intelligence, state whether or not you feel ready to lead a multi-cultural team. Explain your answer.
