-lack of childcare, cost of childcare (cannot afford)
-majority of women are working in care industry jobs

Education
-increase STEM education (reduce gap in)
-reduce women in care industry jobs
-Maybe consider the effects of reproductive rights on education. Not finishing school or higher education because of unplanned pregnancy?
