The past couple of years has been challenging for us all living in a global pandemic of COVID-19. Interesting enough, the current chapters you should be reading are Chapter 10 and Chapter 11. These chapters discuss adaptation, motivation, and communication. As healthcare managers, how does COVID-19 affect these areas? Will things go back to the way they were in healthcare or is this our “new normal”?
