Purpose: The purpose of this assessment is to help you develop a personal growth plan that serves as a platform to articulate your transformation from teaching to an administrative role. Process: In order to develop your personal growth plan, you will conduct two interviews with field supervisors, preferably a principal and an assistant principal, who serve as your sustained internship mentors, supporting your growth and transition to a leadership position. During this field visit, you will collect both qualitative and quantitative data, and analyze these data using the state of research and theories to gain a sophisticated conceptualization of the position and the contexts in which it occurs. Then, you will leverage your field visit to develop a clear understanding of the knowledge, skills, and dispositions the position requires and deepen your role identity transformation to an administrative office.
