Personal Plan for Ministry Culture

Introduction

A personal ministry plan is essential for avoiding pitfalls, overcoming temptation, and effectively ministering to one’s flock. When one serves the Lord, ministry as a whole can be nuanced, all-encompassing, and life-changing. Priorities must be established in the ministry because they contribute to greater harmony in their religious and personal lives.  Setting goals and adhering to a personal church schedule is necessary for sustainable ministerial work. The sense of accomplishment The fundamental phase of self-education is critical.

My ministry culture plan is centered on a glimpse of Paul D. Tripp’s Dangerous Calling: Confronting the Unique Challenge of Pastoral Ministry.  My church poster and elder, Elder Powell, have instilled in me the significance of having a personal connection with God.  He established a prayer practice early on in his ministry. He also emphasizes the importance of reading and studying God’s word to respond to every man. He claims that the Holy Spirit is also necessary to help steer and lead you through existence. He claims that the only way he can live humble is to worship and be sanctified to the Lord regularly.

My ministry culture plan is also founded on the belief that God is the one who gave us life. Regularly, we are reassured of his greatness and goodness.  It is due to  the Lord’s compassion that we are not destroyed, for his kindnesses never fail.” 3:22 Lam (KJV) “Each day we are granted is a gift from God and yet another chance to show out his greatness to a wicked world[1]. We should never get so acquainted with scripture that it no longer excites us. We must not become so preoccupied with guiding everyone else to Christ that we lose sight of the fact that we are God’s favored instruments. Ministry can never become so routine and routine that it ceases to move us.” Powell (2018), Personal Ministry Plan, Liberty University, Unpublished Manuscript. (Page 4) We must never lose sight of the fact that we are sinners redeemed by goodness. We want grace regularly. “I praise God regularly for his love and forgiveness. He showers us with new mercies every day, and he is gracious and to pardon us of our wrongdoings; I thank God that he gave his son to pardon us of our evil deeds, and he is seated at the right hand of God, interceding for every one of us.”

We do lose our path. We begin to see ourselves as masters rather than slaves. And we understand in our hearts that until we are saved by the very mercy for which we have come to preach and live before anyone else, we can never accomplish what we have been invited to become. But instead, we do not have to worry about the Father turning his back on us because of our foolish, delusory, and unmerited pride.”[2] We should never lose sight that we have not succeeded and continue to need the compassion we preach and speak about. I’ve been taken to a more accurate view of myself, as well as a deeper appreciation for my Savior’s unfailing grace. I have been deeply touched to realize once again that my status with my Heavenly Father can never be determined by my success but by Christ’s. So I’ve become less fearful of admitting to others that I’m a man (woman) searching for the Savior’s redemption, which comes to me because of his children’s ministry.

Elder Powell demonstrates leadership in the exact way a good leader does. He believes that leadership can exert authority over a person or community to lead and direct them by completing a mission. He prefers a participatory and democratic leadership style. However, he favors the servant leadership style.  He also acknowledged that contact is crucial in the ministry. Many corporations and churches have been lost as a result of communication breakdowns. Besides, he believes that leadership is vital in all institutions.

I firmly believe that nothing gets accomplished unless effective leadership is present. People want effective leadership. They want to be completely reliant on and trust others. People support a variety of motives. I appreciate my church pastor for his excellent leadership gesture. I have learned a lot from him, which has helped me stay focused on my mistrial culture. Elder Powell agrees to be a people personality as well as a work-driven person. He claims that we must never forget. I don’t think you should be so preoccupied with the job that you forget about the people. People cannot be left out of the ministry. They must have the impression that they are appreciated and appreciated.
