I define success as a derivative of consistency and evolution in the dynamic world of nursing practice. It is explicit that unless a nursing profession aligns their career progression to specific goals and possibilities of changes, it becomes almost impossible to make any significant change that can impact society positively. The years of exposure to the different nursing environment and the witness of challenges motivate focus continuous growth and development of skills targeted towards inducing positive change in the nursing profession. Personal change is initiated with imagination, determination, and effort, and I look forward to being a champion of life and community in nursing future. One year goals

It is often a wild imagination to pursue career growth to the highest possible level, and the years of determination and effort are eventually paying off.  I have strived and made significant sacrifices for career progression.
