Leadership that posses the intellectual stimulation characteristic is expected to take risks, challenge assumptions, and solicit for ideas from team members that they lead. The leadership, therefore, view team members based on each individual’s creativity, innovativeness, and stimulation. This trait makes team members to think independently, therefore, becoming autonomous.
