This paper should be 2-3 pages. It should utilize at least one reference for a positive coping tool for covid with APA citation.
In this paper, you will interview someone in the community coping with COVID or the pandemic stressors. Stressors can be financial, emotional, home and marriage stressors, employment, etc. Please keep their identity confidential. The Goals of this interview should be included in your paper see below:
- Identify stressors during the pandemic –ask the person how they have felt and been coping during the pandemic. The first paragraph can summarize the age and occupation or employment status, gender of the person. You can describe voice tone, mood and anxiety level. If they have had a history of mental illness you can ask the person how the pandemic has impacted their depression or mental illness. Do they currently have enough support or treatment?
- Rate their anxiety. You can ask them if they have been feeling anxious on a scale from 1-10 if 10 is the highest level of anxiety.
- What are their coping tools? Exercise, talking online, religious organization, family, therapy, etc.
- Offer them resources in the community Do a search on county mental health resources for covid, self-help groups or other possible needed services for stress reduction. If person seems in serious distress, please refer them to the local crisis center and contact me or your clinical instructor.
Here in above paragraph just mentioned person is not in serious distress and just make something up about that. So, person live in Fremont ca so look up online and search and add resources for that.
- From what they disclose, and other resources do you think they are coping well with covid and what has been effective for them? Attempt to conduct a mini mental status or summarize your findings regarding the stressors or covid and potential for crisis or stabilization during this time.
- Based on information obtained construct a nursing care plan. Some possible nursing diagnosis could be social isolation secondary to COVID. Relapse of Depression or PTSD secondary to COVID. Increasing anxiety and hopelessness secondary to COVID etc.
So here in above question I am going to add nursing care plan template so in that template just add everything according to mention in each table.

So, for this paper you mentioned 56 years old (my Aunt) women work in public health department. And she lives with her family in Fremont ca. she has two boys and one girl and they all married and live separate in their house. She and her husband only live in her house. Her husband he is a Dr., and he works long hours as well. Since this covid happen she also has to work long hours too.
