Should include a PowerPoint (or the like) presentation, but must also include a written component with at least 3 references (two other than class text book). 2. Paper should include at minimum, the following: * common tests that are associated with initial and confirmation of the disease process with explanation of each of the tests (facts-who developed it) * The normal range for the analyte must be included * Include the organ of the body, if indicated; visible characteristics of the disease 3. Include a fact sheet for the instructor and students that could be used as a study aide about the disease. Include at least six pertinent facts and five quiz questions that are associated. 4. You will need to write a report about the disease you chose: double space ,2-3 pages long with work sited being an additional page. You will need to submit 5-8 PowerPoint slides discussing your disease. These slides should be reserved for photos pertaining to pictures that relate to the disease. ie: physical characteristics, test result charts, etc. You must include a write-up to be given to the class that is in Case Study format about your disease. Include: age, gender, physical characteristics the patient is presenting with to the physician, and lab test results that correspond to the patient. There are 3 pages; 2 pages are report and 1 page is case study. Case study is also included in ppt.
