Case topics abortion. The students will answer the following questions: 1. What are the legal concerns for this issue or case? 2. What are the ethical concerns for this issue or case? 4. For this issue or case, what is the relationship between law and ethics? What legal issues are there with this matter or case? 5. What moral concerns do you have about this issue or case?6. What is the relationship between law and ethics in this issue or case? Are the legal and ethical standards equivalent? Does compliance with the law yield an ethical result? Why or why not?
