• In this discussion learners will support a position in one of the business scandals listed below. Learners should write their support as if they were the individual or company executive being charged or the “injured party.” Be sure to:
• Outline the issue.
• If you are the individual or executive being charged: State your case for why “you” are not guilty.
• If you are the “injured party”, state your case for why the person(s)/organization is guilty. Be sure to support your case from your research.
In responding to learners, ask probing questions. Support your case with information from the case found in your research.
