Just like the pursuit of shared concepts and values, vision can likewise represent a point of discussion that can at times be more about theory than practice. Almost every leader who earns an advanced degree in any type of leadership or organizational development major can arguably provide a definition of the word vision. However, in so many cases the ability to establish, articulate, pursue, and engender support for a vision is lacking. For this discussion question define vision and articulate once again why the ability to take this concept from theory to practice is so essential for organizations today.
