I am writing to appeal to your kind institution about my desire for a scholarship to pursue higher education and realize my childhood educational goals and ultimately my much loved career. After doing an extensive research on the best scholarship for learners in my situation, I have settled on your scholarship program for the wonderful offers you have for individuals who demonstrate passion and academic excellence.
My underprivileged background has presented me with a unique perspective on the power of education and how it can change lives when fully pursued. Notably, my education at Baltimore City Community College provided me with knowledge and insight of advancing my education to the ultimate level. More importantly, the Stratford University School of Culinary Arts prepared me for the evolving demands of the hospitality and culinary arts professions. I, therefore, seek an institution and a program that will provide me with a framework for the lifelong learning required for career advancement.
Being given an opportunity to further my studies in hospitality and culinary arts professions is a credible chance for my personal and professional growth and I intend to seize it enthusiastically without hesitation. I have always demonstrated throughout my previous work experiences and studies that when given an opportunity I strive as hard as can to do my best and be a useful asset even to those who have granted such opportunities. It is in this context that when given this chance I will also elevate the name of your organization based on my performance and activities.
