e Fadlltators and Banters to the Adopdon of Telehealth Telehealth is described as delivering and facilitating health-related services such as pharmaceutical care, provider and patient teaching, health information services, and self-care using telecommunication and digital technologies. According to Koivunen and Saranto (2018), various technologies are used in telehealth, including video conferencing, mobile health applications, electronic transmission, and remote patient monitoring (RMP). This paper discusses some of the facilitators and barriers to telehealth adoption before the Covid-19 outbreak. Hoel et al. (2020) suggest that there are various facilitators of telehealth adoption, including patient choice, cost, and convenience. Before the Coronavirus outbreak, Telehealth programs granted a basis to oversee the insufficiency of health expenses, quality, and access in the healthcare system. Telehealth services' magnitude incorporates remote clinical care, health-related education, public wellness. and treatment through electronic data and telecommunication technologies (Hodgkins et al., 2021). Healthcare delivery services integrate artificial intelligence (Al) systems into the scale of telehealth services. Both patients and care providers shift from individually remote patient monitoring to a consecutive reporting of critical signs to real-time signals from a patient sensor deteriorating change in condition. While the hunt for a worldwide vaccination to treat Covid-19 is in process, healthcare organizations and healthcare providers proposed a notable shift towards adopting and authorization of telehealth services (Brunton et al., 2021). Nevertheless, telehealth has also encountered barriers to its enactment and application, including reimbursement, licensure. and available services. According to Gaveikaite et al. (2020), since govemmental reimbursement is centered in Medicare, it is casually interpreted and has inflicted constraints on where telehealth services can occur, both geographically and by the organization services incorporated. Furthermore, the federal and state licensing procedures have hindered the approval of telehealth since its introduction. According to Brunton et al. (2021), licensure laws can limit care providers' geographic trails while providing patients access solely to physicians who have a current permit in the area where they dwell. to my understanding, Christ exists in the Sacrament in four forms. (I) In the individual of the ambassador of the Eucharist, the directing minister, through whom Christ offers himself. (2) In God's Word, the truths being announced and informed. (3) The followers gathered to rejoice by singing and praying. (4) In the Eucharist features, the wine and bread am considered as Christ's blood and body.
