For instance, a professional would have helped contain the public reaction after the United violently dragged the elderly doctor from the plane. Furthermore, a public relations professional would have offered advisory and guidance services. With a public relations professional, Dove would have avoided releasing the racial video. However, a professional would have helped in cleaning up the mess.
