Reflection Capability
To support workforce development, decision making, policy and practice that is congruent with Rel8, a series of capability statements has been developed. These statements describe the behaviours that AnglicareSQ staff will display when they are engaging with people in ways that are consistent with Rel8 and our values of love, care, hope and humility. The Rel8 Capability Statements promote a foundation for relationship building, promote congruent and parallel relationships, honour the relationships that are central to our work and motivate service excellence.
Capability
Capabilities are observable and measurable behaviours or attributes. They are the ways that skills and knowledge are ‘done’ and they are how values are enacted. They describe what good relationship-based practice looks like.
The Rel8 Capability Statements describe the knowledge, skills, behaviours, attributes and attitudes expected of AnglicareSQ staff at every level of the organisation. The capabilities describe what good performance looks like and promote a clear foundation to support relationship building. When integrated into daily work, these capabilities will bring Rel8to life.
