- Discuss which elements are described within the legal description of that crime.
- Identify what level(s) of misdemeanor/felony that crime is considered to be. Give
the punishment range typically associated with that level (ex: second degree felony
typically carries a range of 2 to 20 years in prison) - Finally, discuss if you think that punishment range is appropriate for that crime. Give
reasoning.
