The ever-rising scale of big data exposes new challenges that the present privacy self-management methods are failing to sufficiently handle. This massive data growth is developing opportunities and also challenges unidentified to global healthcare organizations. The rapid development of biomedical data makes users unable to access specific services or select unsuitable alternatives if user consent is not read or entirely understood.
