    for this assignment, the age group includes toddlers. Toddlers can be quite a handful for their parents.

    For this discussion board assignment, you are expected to go to social media (I recommend Twitter) and see how parents are talking/complaining about their toddlers (you can literally type in "toddler" in the search bar).

    Choose three tweets/posts to present (either through a screenshot, and direct link, or copy and paste the content) and explain what is going on in the development of those toddlers. You can discuss any aspect of their development.

    When replying to your classmates' posts, you should extend their insight by either expanding on a point they made or adding your own interpretation. You can even comment on an aspect they may have missed.

Children always aggressively involve themselves in the process of learning new things and development since they give feedback to their teachers or parents concerning their degree of understanding. Development describes the changes in a child’s physical growth, capacity to learn the emotional, thinking, social and interaction skills she/he needs in life (Lightfoot, Cole, & Cole, 2018). Other people in their lives influence all these abilities. This essay explains three tweets to present and describe what is going on in the development of toddlers.

From the tweet above, Smith uses a great parenting style. He goes on to describe the accomplishment he has discovered with his parenting technique; his toddlers can have a full conversation at three years. This will create a conducive environment for home schooling. When babies are born, they are always ready to learn, and their mental ability grow through use (Lightfoot, Cole, & Cole, 2018). Consequently, a child requires inspiring and caring surroundings with many different happenings that, offer him/her adequate ways to play around and acquire, and many opportunities to practice what she is discovering. Relationships helps children to express their ideas through cries, questions or laughs, and they get something in return such as a smile or an answer. The reply offers them vital information concerning how they need to behave in this world such as warmth and love. By replying in a kind, affectionate and gentle manner, the parent will be assisting the baby learn how to communicate, handle emotions and behave. It also makes the child feel more secure, and hence builds a strong relationship between the parent and the child and the confidence to face life.

The above tweet explains how a parent is confused with learning how toddlers think and feel. The above tweet shows that toddlers would feel frustrated when told to do something right, but after learning, they tend to do things on how they fulfill their needs. This shows that toddlers would insistently engage themselves in the practice of learning novel things and development as they respond to their teachers or parents about their level of understanding (Lightfoot, Cole, & Cole, 2018). Feelings are usually involved in such cases when she finds out that doing things by themselves is amazing. This is one of a child’s vital days of emotional development. A toddler goes through countless emotions as they continually learn about the feelings of others. Temper outbursts are typical, since children frequently do not distinguish how to put words to ‘big’ feelings like frustration, resentment, humiliation, and embarrassment (Lightfoot, Cole, & Cole, 2018). A toddler is also in the process of understanding how his/her behavior affects the parent and how a parent’s behavior affects him/her.

 

Talking is part of a toddler’s development and at the age of two, they might start using sentences of two-three words like ‘hello,’ ‘you’ and ‘I’. They will learn to use many words and will be easier to understand them when they address their issues. At the age of three, they will learn to use even more words such as taking turns when speaking and may be capable of having a small conversation with the parents (Lightfoot, Cole, & Cole, 2018). Additionally, they will learn names and things that they saw throughout the day. With the parent’s help, kids may put things in order to make short, simple stories based on his/her involvements, although it will possibly be rather short. They may also talk of people and objects that she/he does not have like the example of “wee woo track.”

In conclusion, understanding how kids think or reason is a captivating procedure. Parents must watch, especially, for experimental knowledge and symbolic play from their toddlers, and involve with him/her to help the learning development.
