Answer
How best the United States Government can respond to the Changing Economy
Economic change refers to a shift within the economic system structure. This results in changes in cultures, societies, and daily life on a national or worldwide basis. Additionally, an economic change, which is also a systematic aspect of history, can be caused by politics, technology, and progress (Poeschl, Nogueira-Rodrigues & Valentim 10). With respect to the creative problem-solving demonstration and an understanding of modern American history, this paper expounds on the best way for the United States government and its people to respond to the changing economy.
The government and its people have a robust role to play in stabilizing the economy of a nation. Therefore, during a crisis, the government and its people need to respond positively with techniques that can support the economy. This can be achieved through the application of monetary and fiscal policy and control of the financial sector (Poeschl, Nogueira-Rodrigues & Valentim 10). The government and its people should also use the predicament to rectify structural weaknesses within the economy, including increasing investment and skills enhancement. Furthermore, responding through lowering of debt to GDP ratio during a national or global crisis affecting the economy can be a great advantage (Poeschl, Nogueira-Rodrigues & Valentim 10).
In conclusion, a government plays a significant role in boosting the national change in the economy. Therefore, as described above, this paper has demonstrated problem-solving and an understanding of modern American history. This includes the application of monetary and fiscal policy as well as control of the financial sector. Additionally, the government should use the experience to correct structural weaknesses.
