    1. Self-Reflective Analysis

      The Gallup strength finder is an online platform that provided education facilities with the necessary tools to identify, conceptualize as well as develop crucial factors in their students. The system offers its users with interactive tools that correlate with one’s natural way of thinking feeling and behaving. In this perspective, users will be able to generate accurate results that reflect on their natural characteristics and familiarize themselves with the suggested opinions. The importance of using this tool is that it helps individuals ascertain their moral values to their immediate environment or occupation. For example, students can analyze their traits and conclude whether they are beneficial or detrimental to society.  Another importance of Gallup Strength Finder is that students who use this tool are often presented with the opportunity to develop and groom their strengths by focusing on their greatest talents.

      In line with the generated results, I have realized that I have a strong affiliation with achieving a certain objective. When I am given a certain task, I always strive to ensure that all the requirements are met to the latter.  The result has also proved that I can easily adapt to any suggestion. I tend to believe that individuals who possess this trait like discovering about the future by utilizing the moment and resources that have at hand. Similarly, the results indicate that I possess good communication skills especially during conversations as well as presentations. Other than communication, I have realized that I am an empathetic individual especially when I come across people who need genuine help. All in all, I have known that I am futuristic, a learner, restorative, responsible, intellectual, deliberative, commander, disciplined, and focused.

      After compiling the data, I could say that I was relatively surprised to discover that I preferred self-assurance to defiance. I used to think that my confidence is built from the agreeability of my peers. This is because before I make any vital decision, I will have to ask for an opinion from others to verify that the selected idea would yield good results. Nevertheless, I was able to affirm with the leadership aptitude of being a relator.  In most cases, I tend to enjoy a close relationship with my colleagues. In other words, I find immense satisfaction when working with close friends. Besides, it motivates me to put in extra effort to achieve the desired goal. Needless to say, I found some consistency with the ideology that my leadership trait of being a relator is acclimatized to individualization. I am usually intrigued by special qualities that my colleagues posses especially during handling specific tasks. I like observing the natural talents that my workmates posse as it gives me an idea of how to approach a certain task using different methods.

      My initial thoughts on the results from Gallup Strength finder is that they are very accurate in determining the inborn characteristics of a leader. The results have helped me realize where my strengths in leadership lie and showed me how I can use them to promote general progressiveness in any business environment. As for those which I am familiar with, I will ensure that I maximize on them and also help others to understand and gain the same talents. In connection to this, I have learned that I have many leadership talents that I never thought I used to posses. This has elevated my will to exploit them and confirm how they can enhance development at the workplace.
