Public Health Nursing Practice, Research & Education Program (PHN-PREP) hosts webinars to support nurses working with pregnant individuals and families with young children. The focus is on nurse wellness and relational nursing practice in a trauma-and violence-informed way. After watching one of the webinars, students will consider how this informs their future practice and write a brief report detailing new knowledge.
Length: 2-3 pages, excluding title page
Consider the following guiding questions:
1. Briefly outline the content of the webinar.
2. Describe new learnings. If nothing new was learned, explain why not.
3. Discuss how it is relevant to community health nurses.
4. Share how this may impact your future practice as a nurse.
