Evidence based practice in Nursing Care

Conduct a search using a nursing database to identify at least one (1) research report briefs or articles that focus on evidenced based nursing practices on each of the following:
1) Safety of Patient Care (in a behavioral health setting); and
2) Other evidence-based nursing intervention.
For each source:
-Identify rationales for the practice/intervention highlighted
- Explain how nursing care discussed in the source is relevant to the care provided
