Answer
Feasibility Plan for Walt Disneyworld
The feasibility plan herein is aimed at determining the viability of the manufacture of customized strollers by Walt Disneyworld for use by children with disabilities such as Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). The viability of this endeavor will mainly be proven by way of a survey.
The question sought to be answered by the survey is; should Walt Disneyworld manufacture customized strollers for children with disability conditions such as spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) to adhere to the new stroller restrictions? The audience of this feasibility plan is Walt Disneyworld. The company is the main audience in this respect because it will be required to bear the responsibility of manufacturing the customized strollers. The purpose is to prove to Walt Disneyworld that because of business efficacy concerns and the need to ensure customer satisfaction; it is inevitable that steps will need to be taken towards the resolution of the stroller issue through the manufacture of customized strollers for children with disabilities such as SMA.
The feasibility plan will be conducted in the form of a survey. A questionnaire comprising of ten survey questions has been developed. The questions are centered on the receipt of the views of the clients regarding the need for the customized strollers. 15 middle-aged individuals (8 women and 7 men) will take part in the survey. They will be selected randomly in the Disneyworld premises in New York. Once the results of the survey are tallied and studied, the need for the manufacture of the customized strollers will be apparent.
