            One major action I would recommend to the business owners of the truck stand company that travels to various cities and has restaurants selling lobster is to position their restaurants in places where customers can easily obtain quality seafood at affordable prices. Regarding their pricing, the owners should avoid offering relatively cheaper prices and using deep discounts to attract more buyers as customers are likely to question the quality of lobster sold in the restaurants. Business owners should strive to deliver fresh and quality lobster served in environments that suit various occasions and improve operations of the restaurants by ensuring simplifying menu and operations in these restaurants thus reducing mistakes and improving efficiency. Improving the operations of the restaurants according to Asche et al. (2015) will enable business owners to improve their customers’ experience and satisfaction. The owners should ensure that all restaurants are clean and employees are friendlier to customers. The logistics within the kitchen should be improved to ensure that every order placed by the customers is completed accurately and quickly.

            Business owners should need to pay attention to freshness while operating restaurants in different cities. In particular, they should introduce new cooking methods and menu items to prepare delicious lobster. In addition to that, they should upgrade their raw ingredients and tailor their promotions on quality rather than quantity.  In particular, the owners should promote fresh lobster instead of cheap seafood to distinguish their company from other competitors in the market. With the declining costs of seafood as a result of aquaculture, Lem and Shehadeh (1997) noted that competitors can easily incorporate seafood, particularly lobster in their menus. Moreover, many competitors usually include cheaper proteins in their menus and are likely to lower their prices even further and make it difficult for the truck stand to operate. Thus, focusing on freshness will make the company to continue operating despite the unscrupulous activities of its competitors.

            In conclusion, formulating and implementing significant changes will make the truck stand company to improve its customers’ experience and satisfaction. In particular, focusing on freshness will help attract more customers while maintaining classic promotions will keep the organization original. Similarly, improving the operations of the restaurants will display the idea of quality and freshness thus improving overall customers’ experience and satisfaction.
