I felt the drive to hold the door and allow others to pass, since it was difficult passing through the door as you hold it and drop it for the person behind you. I wanted to make those behind me have an easy time passing through the door.
I sneaked out of bed ahead of my partner and decided to give her a breakfast surprise. I headed straight to the kitchen. I made her breakfast and invited her to the living room when the breakfast was ready. I do not like cooking and my partners understand that. I though it was time to relieve her of everyday kitchen activity that she volunteered to be doing.
One driver drove past my vehicle in a bid to overtake me and speed forward. Unfortunately, there was an oncoming truck. I allowed him to get ahead of me to prevent an accident from happening. Though I felt it was rude for the driver to overtake me when the road was not clear, it was important to show kindness.
The behaviors had serious impact on me. I felt happy for doing good to others and it had serious impact on my outlook for the day. Beside, my stress levels reduced and I experienced calmness through the day.

There are various social psychological theories that relate to the topic of study. They include drive theory and action identity theory.
People think in terms of consequences of their behavior (Hogg, 2020). That is, an action is maintained in respect to proponent identity. The identification of an action results to its performance. According to the theory, people conceptualize their actions optimally through thinking and how human actions connects to emotions. For instance, how doing good would make someone happy. It suggests how our actions are influenced by social influence.
Drive theory assert that people are created with the need to do good and the drive is reduced when an individual engages in the need (Brown, 2020). The drive to help people is contained only after helping someone. A drive creates an unpleasant state and people are only relieved after they complete certain activities. For instance, drive to do good dies after doing good to some people.
Conclusion
