                Organization structure is a system that is followed on how  certain activities such as rules, roles and responsibility are directed to achieve the objectives of an organization. Southwest Airline is located in the low cost segment  sounds like you missed some words here and more successful, also it is a role model to other low cost airline for example Ryanair and Easyjet. I propose you could have talked about the correlation between organizational structure and the success at Southwest Airline.

                A good organization has good leaders, sounds like an incomplete sentence leadership in Southwest Airline keep on reminding their employees to be aware of the goals of the company’s. They develop coordination, harmony among the organizational personnel, which enable the company to work in a team setting with minimums conflict among employees but promote the company success and be ahead of its competitor’s.  Would have been better if you started with leaders. Ie leaders at Southwest Airline accomplish their Southwest Airline leaders accomplish their goals by fostering relationship with employees and customers, thus making the company to be more powerful and one of the leading airlines in the continent. All organization know that leadership is more function of people relation than the position. This last sentence needs explanation.

                Most successful companies motivate their employees to keep on performing the best for the company since their positive effort has made the company to be successful. Southwest Airline motivate their employees due to the goals achieved and this makes the employees get moral during working time .The best practice for the company functions are mainly established by managers and employees, that’s why employees at Southwest Airline company have power to make decision making so that they don’t require guidance from managers for the job done that why they are at the top.

Your answer still missed the point of analyzing the organization structure of an organization. You are supposed to be specific and cite examples and theories where applicable. You can do better next time.
