My Philosophy for Teaching Arabic

Education is one of the key and fundamental instruments that individuals can ever use to access the world of impossibilities in life. It is conduit that the world can use to fight infortunes such as poverty and use to it to improve health statuses. More importantly, language is a vital weapon that a person could ever possess in life. It assists in how people should express themselves and articulate issues effectively. Therefore, a teacher – of language – should be more conscience of their principles on how to share information with their students for effective learning purposes.

My philosophy as a teacher is to create a conducive atmosphere for all students since each student has a unique way of grasping different learning concepts. I believe that every student has a unique approach to learning. Therefore, the atmosphere should be conducive enough to enable flexibility in physical, mental, emotional, and social development of the students. Additionally, as somebody with advanced skills in teaching Arabic language and a native speaker of the language, I have confidence in my approaches to teaching language. Moreover, my teaching sessions includes evaluations. Typically, many students refer to the type of atmosphere that a language class should have, and to how the learning environment in my classroom allows them to express themselves.

As a strategy to ensure effective language learning, as a teacher, I should act as a guide to my students which includes providing them with Arabic instructions and offering apt correction. Additionally, I should be able provide access to hands-on activities for my students. Furthermore, I normally create flexible environment and offer my language teaching skills in a way that creates curiosity and enhance my student’s learning (Cox, 2020).   Consequently, my students are always subjected to an atmosphere that creates and enables opportunities to practice the language as practice makes perfect, especially in languages. More importantly, as an Arabic native speaker, I have the correct pronunciations of Arabic word which is imperative to armatures in the language. Moreover, as an Arabic television presenter, I usually employ and incorporate the technology, which includes the use of google search engines and recommends for remedial sessions.

In conclusion, language is vital weapon than a person could ever possess in life. It aids in how people should express themselves and articulate issues effectively. Consequently, my philosophy as a teacher is to create a conducive atmosphere for all students since each student has a unique way and approaches of grasping different learning concepts. Strategically and passionately my students have access to guidance, and on activities, curiosity in learning, and the use of technology. Therefore, I believe that my students, despite their academic and mental approaches to language mastery, would have confidence in learning and speaking Arabic fluently and effectively. Subsequently, I love and have passion for education and the need to improve the society through language and expression.
