    This project is not due until the end of Week 8, but you've already learned the key concepts covered by the project so you should begin working on it this week. During this culminating project, you will complete a professional PowerPoint presentation consisting of seven slides. In each slide, you will choose a leadership theory or motivational theory from your book, and describe why your chosen theory would be the most suitable to meet each of the company goals as listed below. Please select a different theory for each company goal using any leadership style or motivation theory in the book. You may chose any company you like, as the focus of the project is on your understanding of how to evaluate and use different leadership styles to meet business goals, not the details of the company.

    Motivation theories are discussed throughout Chapter 10.

Therefore, the final quality wanted by management should be the goal given to the employees, the goal will therefore act to guide the actions of the employees thus resulting in increased performance.

Goal Two: Situational Leadership Theory

  • To improve collaboration from employees, the management should leverage situational  It is a leadership theory  that gives leaders the freedom to adopt their leadership style to the situation they are facing.
  • It will enable the leader implement measures that such as team work and employee participation to improve their collaboration.

If the situation is to improve the employees’ level of collaboration, situational leadership will call for the leaders to change leadership tactics and adopt measures that favors the situation such as encouraging   team work and increasing the level of employee participation
