School and Community Partnership Plan

 Compile a list of social agencies that are available to help and support the students, faculty, and administration.  The list of agencies and their major services provided.  Please include the name of the agency, complete address, and phone number.  Also include a link to the agency website if available with the complete URL.  
 Gather information on the resources available to the schools from community and business. Analyze the extent of utilization, make recommendations for improved cooperation and mutual benefit.
