Set of hypotheses and your variables of interest for an organizational research

Apply the key concepts from this module by developing and describing a set of hypotheses and your variables of interest for an organizational research question of your choice.
Think of a research question that you believe a typical organization or an organization like yours should address. In no more than two pages (double-spaced, Times New Roman font, one-inch margins), provide us with a written summary of the research problem.
Specifically, your summary should include the following:
 Describe the primary variables of interest in the study and how you would operationalize (measure) them.
o One Predictor
o One Outcome
o One Mediator
o One Moderator
 Discuss your hypothesis/hypotheses and why you expect to find the proposed relationship between each variable (e.g., why the predictor should relate to the outcome and how the mediator and moderator variables help explain that relationship.)
o Hint– It can be helpful to have more than one hypothesis (e.g. separate hypothesis describing the impact of each variable on the outcome or the relationship between the predictor and the outcome.) For example, one hypothesis might discuss the mediator and another might discuss the moderator.
 How answering this research question provides value to the organization or to the broader research topic.
