Males and females express numerous differences that make them distinct. More often, people only consider the physical or observable differences between the two. However, both sexes express other detailed difference (Penner & Penner, 2003). Physically, women have breast while men have flat chests with rudimentary breasts. Men are more masculine while women are curvy. Men have big cartilage surrounding their voice boxes and protrude out. On the other hand, women have small protrusion and that explains their small voice projection. Men grow more hair, especially on their faces from puberty. Women hardly have hair on their faces. Emotionally, women show stronger emotional intelligence than men do. Some studies have indicated that women are more likely to experience positive emotions such as happiness and joy.
Men express vulnerability and dependence on relationship compared to women. Thus, they are likely to be devastated by breakups since they have fewer friends to provide support. Primarily, men feel more at ease when they are angry than women do (Penner & Penner, 2003). Women are in touch with a wider range of feelings compared to men. The intensity of emotional feeling is greater among women compared to men. Men are more logical and rational when dealing with emotional issues. Concerning spirituality, women express more spirituality than men do (Penner & Penner, 2003). Women have emotional tendency and relational connectedness that makes them more spiritual than men.
The differences in males and females affect marriage both positively and negatively. Men love to marry beautiful curvy women. It is not possible to command a spouse's attraction when you do not look good (Penner & Penner, 2003). Primarily, men are likely to go for women with feminine attributes. On the other hand, most women would be attracted to men who are more mescaline. Men would love to marry women that are more spiritual (Lehmiller, 2017). They believe that they have spiritual guidance, which is important for the success of the relationship. However, very emotional women would find it difficult to keep men due to their reactions on issues. Beautifully protruded female breasts have strong attraction on men.
