Identify the four management functions and their importance in an organization. What similarities do you think are among the four functions? Are these similarities a hindrance or an encouragement to your followers (employees)? Why?
What is most important when managing people; to concentrate first on getting the tasks done and caring for people second? Or, caring for people first and the tasks which need to be done second? Which is it and give reasons why?
