Answer
The consultation division within VanTec Hitachi will reduce the operational and communication gap that exists between employees and operations of the third-party logistics provider. Smooth operations of logistics ensure that employees have a sufficient understanding of the systems’ operations (Hofmann & Osterwalder, 2017). Besides, the service will help to fill the market niche, thus, creating an important value for the employees and the organization.
My most important target for the project is the employees of the organization. The workers will get the opportunity to undergo training exercises before and after their engagement with VanTec Hitachi. Primarily, employees should not only understand how to bridge the gaps in third-party logistics but also come up with alternative ways of enhancing their engagement (Jung, 2017). The consultation services will be offered in-person to ensure sufficient contact time with trainees as they interact with various training materials.
The employees of the existing companies, which are my primary customers, will benefit from the information provided by the training to understand the operations of the third-party logistics providers. The employees will learn aspects of the operations after and before the involvement of logistic firms. The needs for customer satisfaction are those related to job efficiency. It would result in career growth and development and enhance knowledge in various aspects of logistics among employees.
The entrepreneurial venture is seeking to enhance innovation and learning among employees to help them solve the challenges present in logistics management. The employees will provide better quality services that are geared towards solving the existing problem in the system. The changing nature of operations in the third-party logistics system requires continuous learning, creativity, and innovation (Jung, 2017).
