Answer

                                                       Topics that Ignite my Passion

Currently, I work at a Head Start Program as a Center Manager to explore and expound on my professional practice and the quality of work I can deliver to the society. I coordinate all programs within the United States Department of Health and Human Services with an aim of providing a comprehensive early childhood education, nutrition and health programs (Green et al., 2014). I manage and oversee how children born within families of low income range are provided with services and resources, in a design that fosters establishment of stable relationships among family members and their peers.

My advancement to pursuing a graduate degree was motivated by a great desire to develop stronger cognitive skills while establishing a quality environment that would foster the general well-being of children. Basing on the fact that transition from peer-school to an advanced elementary school among children needed a stronger managerial department for handling the diverse developmental challenges (Schmitt et al., 2015), I believe my university experience and skills acquired are key enough to boost my management design. Creating a strong bond among children and their peers besides their family networks can be quite challenging, especially when adjusting them to classrooms for meeting expectations set by the school setting.

The three issues of interest that ignite my passion are closely related to the K-12 Education system which include; setting up of quality and achievable academic standards, prevention and recovery programs for school dropout cases (Kline & Walters, 2016), alongside ensuring educational options are at disposal among all departments to promote teacher professional development for bettering low performing institutions. These topics are of great importance since they apply an interdisciplinary approach to enable learning of vigorous academic concepts. It positions me to work on a global enterprise to enhancing stability in schools for development of a diverse literacy and ability to favorably compete in the new economic status.
